Make it able to process images in subfolders

FastStone Resizer allows folder tree structure to be preserved when resizing. It's a very useful feature which this software seems to lack. A folder does not need to have images in it - it can contain subfolders which hold the images.
Also, showing thumbnails of the images when processing is sometimes not necessary, and must slow down the process.
